摘    要:基于连通概率、时效性函数、误信率的具体界定,对雷达网的信息传输能力进行了研究,并提出了一种具体的定量评估方法。该方法将时效性函数定义为各通信链路传输时延与连通概率乘积的加全和,优化了时效性函数的求解。结合雷达情报网的应用实例,对树状网络结构的信息传输延迟因子进行了动态仿真分析并给出了具体的算法。通过仿真实验证明了该评估方法的有效性和实用性,为警戒雷达网的优化部署提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The information transmitting ability of the surveillance radar net is studied systematically and a material quantitative evaluation method is provided based on detailed definitions to connected probability, time effectiveness quality function and false information ratio. The time effectiveness quality function is defined the sequence sum of product of the transmitting delay and the connected probability, thus, the calculational ways of this function are optimized. By using an applied example of the radar information net, the dynamic simulating analysis is processed and the detailed arithmetic is provided for the delaying factor of information transmitting of dendriform net structure. Through simulating experiment, the validity and practicability of the evaluation method are proved. The theoretic foundations are provided for the optimize disposition of the surveillance radar net.
