摘    要:本文阐述旋转液体射流的雾化机理,采用Navier-Stokes液体力学方程组建立喷嘴内部旋动流体和喷嘴外部旋转液体射流的计算方程。在微小单元段作某些假定的条件下得到速度和压力的分析解。研究旋转液体射流的雾化理论,讨论影响雾化的主要因素,通过对喷雾装置的一系列模型试验,观察“软雾”和“硬雾”的雾化状态,测量雾化角和测定不同水压力和旋动射流直径的关系曲线。最后本文列举应用于工业降尘和农、园林喷洒农药的喷雾装置的实例。

Abstract:This paper presents Spraying mechanism of the swirl-liquid jet. The calculating equations of the Swirl fluid inside the sprayer and swirl-liquid jet outside the sprayer are established by Navier-Stokes hydromechanics equations. Adopting to some hypothetic condition for velocities in the small element bodies. the solutions of the velocities and pressure are obtained. The atomisation theory of the swirl-liquid hi is studied and influence spraying main factors are discussed. Through a series of experiment conducted on spraying devices. the spraying states of minute droplet and very small droplet (fog) are obserued. atomisation angle is measured and the relationship between swirl-liquid hi diameter and different water pressure is determined. At the end of this paper examples are cited as to where spraying devices are used to solve industrial laying the dust and spray insecticide of farming and gardens etc.
