四氯化锡催化合成1-萘乙酸甲酯

摘    要:四氯化锡能代替硫酸作为酯化催化剂,探讨了五水四氯化锡为催化剂下,由1-萘乙酸,甲醇酯化合成1-萘乙酸甲酯的优化条件.当1-萘乙酸、甲醇和四氯化锡的物质的量比为1∶20∶0.143,回流反应5h,酯收率可达92.5%.

Abstract:Stannic Chloride can be used as catalyst for the esterificattoninstead of sulphuric acid. The optimum conditions have been studied on which the 1 - naphthyl acetic acid and methanol are esterifiedinto methyl 1 - naphthyl acetate in the presence of the stannic chloride penthydrate catalyst.The yield of the ester could reach 92.5% under amount of sabstance ration of 1 - naphthyl acetic acd,methanol and stannic chloride were 1:20:0.143, reflux reacting 5h.
