管壳型固定床二甲醚合成反应器的数学模拟

摘    要:对管壳型固定床二甲醚合成反应器进行了数学模拟。选取CO、CO2加氢合成甲醇、甲醇脱水生成二甲醚反应为独立反应,CO、CO2和二甲醚为关键组分,建立了管壳型固定床二甲醚合成反应器的一维拟均相数学模型,得到了管内各组分气体浓度和温度分布;讨论了不同操作条件对二甲醚合成的影响。

Abstract:Mathematical simulation was performed on a tube-shell type fixed-bed reactor for dimethyl ether (DME) synthesis. Hydrogenation of CO and CO_2 and dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether were selected as independent reactions, CO, CO_2 and DME as key components to establish the one-dimensional mathematical model of the reactor. The gas concentration and temperature profiles inside the reactor tubes were obtained. The operating conditions affecting DME synthesis were discussed based on the model. The simulation results show that hotspot temperature of catalyst bed, CO conversion and production of methanol and DME rise markedly with the increase of operating pressure, while with the increase of the (inlet) gas flow rate, hotspot temperature and CO conversion drop, but the production increases.
