聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯互穿聚合物网络的动态热机械特性

摘    要:用动态机械法(DMA)研究了聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯互穿事物网络(PU/PEAIPN)的动态机械特性,并分别与单纯的聚氨酯(PU)和聚丙烯酸乙酯(PEA)的动态热机械性能进行对比。结果表明:在玻璃化温度以下,PU/PEAIPN的DMA曲线振幅小于单纯的PU和PEA;当完全进入高弹态后,IPN的DMA曲线振幅大于单纯的PU和PEA。PU/PEAIPN的玻璃化转变温度别比PU和PEA提高16.2和30.1度

Abstract:The dynamic thermo-mechanical (DMA) behaviour of Polyurethane/Polyethgl Acrylate Interpenetrating Polymer Networks (PU/PEA IPN) was observed and then compared with those of Polyurethene (PU) and Polyethyl Acrylate (PEA), respectively. The results show that the amplitude in Glass State of PU/PEA IPN is smaller than that of PU or PEA; and in the high elastic state the situation is opposite. The temperature of glass translation (Tg) of PU/PEA IPN is 16.2 degree higher than PU and 30.1 degree higher PEA. The DMA curve of PU/PEA IPN shows that the process of glass translation is a gradual change-the amplitude amplifies gradually; there are no the obvious mutation and initial point of continuous oscillation. Above phenomenon proves that the phase segregation exists in the internal structure of PU/PEA IPN material.
