稀土永磁偶合器的设计

摘    要:本文论述了稀土永磁偶合器的基本原理、结构、特点和一般设计要点,包括磁性材料选取原则,磁钢形状、尺寸及用量的确定,磁隙的确定及其它材料的选取原则等。并根据稀土永磁偶合器与其它类型偶合器的不同,指出:延时起动可节省磁性材料;磁力偶合器适宜于高速运转;对低速运转的机器,如某些反应釜必须加减速器,磁力偶合器能自动平衡一部分轴向力,轴承计算时应予以考虑。

Abstract:The operation principle, configuration, performance, and design gist of rare-earth permanent magnetic coupling are introduced in this paper. The design gist includes the selection of magnetic materials and determination of the geometry,and dimension of magnetic steel,determination of magnetic gap ,etc. After analysing the differences between rare-earth coupling and other types of coupling, it is pointed out that delay starting will result in saving some magnetic material;it is suitable for fast running; gear reducer is needed for low speed machine; it can balance some axial force that should be taken into account for bearing selection.
