湿式电迁移烟气脱硫技术研究

摘    要:介绍了湿式电迁移烟气脱硫试验,利用SO2在放电条件下能俘获电子形成负离子,并在电场作用下发生迁移的特性,将电晕放电和湿式水膜结合起来进行烟气脱硫.通过模拟试验,研究了模拟烟气参数、反应器结构及放电特性等因素对SO2电迁移和脱硫效率的影响.试验结果表明:SO2在放电电场中具有电迁移的能力,系统脱硫效率随电压升高、放电区长度和输入功率增加而增加,脱硫效率可以达到90%以上.

Abstract:The experiment of wet flue gas desulfurization by electric transfer was introduced that SO 2 can become negative ion by catching electron in the condition of discharge and the negative ion of SO 2 moves in the electric field to conduct the flue gas desulfurization combining corona discharge with wet water film. The simulated experiment were conducted to research the main factors affecting the electric transfer of SO 2 and the desulfurization efficiency such as simulated gas parameters, structure of the reactor and the characteristics of corona discharge, etc.. The results indicate that SO 2 has the ability of electric transfer in the corona discharging electric field. The desulfurization efficiency goes up with the increase of applied voltage, length of discharging area and input power. The desulfurization efficiency may be over 90?% under the test condition.
