| 摘 要： | 分析了辽宁区域旅游人力资源和旅游业发展的状况，并根据区域旅游经济与旅游人力资源两项重要因子的相关性，分析了区域旅游业及区域经济发展的关系。提出了发展辽宁省旅游人力资源的措施：充分利用现有条件；调整旅游人力资源结构，提高人才素质；创新完善现代人力资源发展体系。

| Abstract: | The development states of human resources of regional tourism and tourist industry of Liaoning are analyzed. The relation of regional tourist industry and regional economic development is analyzed according to the relevance of two important factors, regional tourist economy and human resources. The measures to develop the human resource of tourism in Liaoning are provided： fully utilizing the existing conditions; adjusting the structure of tourism human resource and improving talent＇s quality; innovating and improving the development framework of modern human resources. |
