| 摘 要： | 提出了研制水环境管理决策支持系统（ＷＥＭＤＳＳ）的设计原则与实现功能，对ＷＥＭＤＳＳ结构特征进行了分析。文中以广东省潭江的ＷＥＭＤＳＳ为例，阐述了ＷＥＭＤＳＳ的模块组成和主要菜单以及该系统的特点。

| Abstract: | The design principles and the function of Water Environment Management and Decision Support System(WEMDSS) are put forward, and the structure of WEMDSS is analysed.A WENDSS developed for Tanjiang River in Guangdong Province is taken as an example to describe the modules and main menu of the system. |
