| Abstract: | As an indispensable part of spirit and consciousness, non-rational factors characterized by illogicality and subjective uncontrollability greatly affect his spirit of commitment to career and innovation. Through intensive study, we are able to find new ways to foster the spirit of commitment to career. Only by joint development of rationality and non-rationality, can labourers develop their spirit and consciousness harmoniously and devote themselves to work. |
