摘    要:非理性因素作为精神意识整体中的一部分,以其非逻辑、不受主观控制等特点影响敬业和创新.加强研究,能够找到培养敬业精神的新途径.只有非理性与理性共同发展,劳动者的精神意识才能和谐统一,才能敬业.

Abstract:As an indispensable part of spirit and consciousness, non-rational factors characterized by illogicality and subjective uncontrollability greatly affect his spirit of commitment to career and innovation. Through intensive study, we are able to find new ways to foster the spirit of commitment to career. Only by joint development of rationality and non-rationality, can labourers develop their spirit and consciousness harmoniously and devote themselves to work.
