维生素C抗氧化作用及其在运动中的应用

摘    要:运动可使体内自由基含量升高.自由基与生物膜中的不饱和脂肪酸之间有高度的亲和力,二者一旦结合,就会生成不饱和脂肪酸的过氧化物,使生物膜的结构、功能受到破坏,对组织造成伤害,影响运动能力.维生素C作为抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂,在自由基清除过程中可发挥重要作用.本文论述了维生素抗氧化和清除自由基的机制,分析了维生素C与运动能力之间的关系以及维生素在运动实践中的应用.

Abstract:Exercise make the number of free radical in body rise and free radical has the ultimate affinity with the unsaturated fatty acid in biomembrane.If both conjugate,the product is LOP.Fatty acid oxidation is produced and the structure of biomembrane,the function of biomembrane and the organism are destroyed.The exercise performance is also affected.Vitamin C is the antioxidant and free racial seavenge.It has the important actionm the process of scavenging free radical.Based on theory and a great mass of date and facts,this essay shows the action mechanism on antioxdation and free radical scavenge of Vitamin C,the relation between vitamin C and sports and the action in sports.
