| 摘 要： | 利用GdCl3／KI催化的aza-Diels—Alder反应合成了5-（2-呋喃基）-3，4，40，5，6，10b-六氢-2H-吡喃并3，2-c]喹啉的一对顺反异构产物并进行了表征．采用X射线衍射方法首次测定了顺式产物的晶体结构．晶体属于单斜晶系，P21／c空间群，晶胞常数a=0．9595（2）nm，b=0．9558（2）nm，c=1．4164（3）nm，β=95．692（4）°，V=1．2926（5）nm^3，Z=4，F（000）=544，M=255．31，D=1．312g／cm^3，p（MoKa）=0．086mm^-1．最终偏离因子R=0．0560。wR=0．1134．

| Abstract: | The title compound 5-（furan-2-yl） -3,4,4α ,5,6,10b-hexahydro-2H-pyrano 3,2-c ] quinoline was synthesized by GdCl3/KI catalyzed aza-Diels-Alder reaction. The crystal structure of the cis isomer was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions α = 0.9595（2） nm,b =0.955 8（2） nm,c =1.4164（3） nm,β=95.692（4）°,V=1.292 6（5） nm^3,Z=4,F（000） = 544,M = 255.31,D = 1.312 g/cm^3,μ（ MoKα） = 0. 086 mm^- 1. The final R = 0. 056 0, ωR = 0.113 4 for 2 132 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. |
