摘    要:在6种不同组成的溶剂中,采用溶剂挥发的方法将纤维素-三(苯基氨基甲酸酯)(CTPC)涂敷到氨丙基多孔硅胶表面上,对所得6种手性固定相(CSP)的手性识别能力进行评价.结果表明,不同涂敷溶剂分子明显影响CTPC在硅胶表面的排列,6种CSP表现出不同的手性识别能力.

Abstract:Cellulose tri-(phenylcarbamate)(CTPC) dissolved in solvents with six kinds of their composition was deposited on the surface of aminopropylated silica gel(APS) by evaporation of the solvents.The result showed that the molecules of the six kinds of CTPC chiral stationary phase(CTPC-CSPs) was evaluated.The chiral discrimination ability of different coated solvent had remarkable influence on the disposition of CTPC on the surface of silica gel and the six CSP exhibited different chiral discrimination ability.
