摘    要:提出了一种适用于双回线路接地故障的继电保护新方法.利用小波变换对两条线路上的电流进行分析,提取对应相相同尺度上的高频谱能量值.在此基础上,求取它们谱能量比值的平方和,根据比值来判断接地故障类型及线路,以识别区内外故障.大量仿真计算表明,新方法同时具有选线和选相的功能,方向性明确,同时具有较高的耐受过渡电阻的能力.

Abstract:A new scheme for the high impedance faults(HIF) detection in double-circuit lines was presented.It is based on wavelet transform,particularly the multiresolution analysis technique.With wavelet transform,the six line currents of the double-circuit lines at each end can be projected to the different scales.The ratio of the energy of the corresponding scales in the same phases is then calculated,which can be used to discriminate the fault line and phase and to locate the protection setting zone.The investigation results show that the scheme can detect the HIF with high sensitivity and selectivity during all operating conditions.
