摘    要:为了提高航空公司飞机的日使用率,研究了相同机型的各架飞机调配问题.在满足航班衔接、航班覆盖、机队规模的约束下,建立了多目标整数规划模型,针对模型设计了模糊隶属度函数,定义了多目标伸缩指标,利用L-R型模糊数的性质和max的定义,应用模糊数学理论求解模型.最后通过数值实验表明该飞机调配问题的模型可行,算法能在保证飞机起降次数均衡的条件下,使飞机日平均飞行小时比统计数据提高2%,飞机地面等待时间下降14.3%,求解效率提高一倍以上.

Abstract:To improve the operation efficiency of fleet, fleet assignment problem in one type is studied in this paper. The minimum time on ground-holding, the absolute minimum deviation of total flight time and the minimum frequency of taking off and landing were taken as objective functions, and a 0-1 integer programming mathematical model was established. Aiming at the model, the fuzzy degree of membership function was designed and the multi-objective flexibility index was defined. The characteristic of L-R and the definition of max in fuzzy theory were used to solve the model and the numerical experiments showed the proposed model was feasible. Under the guaranteed the minimum frequency of taking off and landing conditions, average daily flight hours increased than statistical data by 2% and the time on ground-holding decreased by 14.3%. The algorithm efficiency was increased more than one time.
