全面建设小康社会中河南省群众体育发展的探讨

通过调查、统计表明：河南省群众体育人口数量低于全国群众体育人口的平均水平．经分析认为，这是由于基层组织缺乏、场地器材严重不足、群众体育消费意识不强等客观原因造成的．并进一步对此进行阐述和论证，为全面建设小康社会中的河南省群众体育的发展提出一些参考建议．

A Probe into Development of Henan Mass Sports Activities in Building up a Well-off Society

Based on our statistics and researches, we find that the number of physical amateurs in Henan province is less than the average level in China, just because of the lack of basic sports organizations and inadequacy of sports consumptions. We comprehensively analyze the mass sports activities in Henan province. This paper points out that the government and the masses should know more about it and spend more money on it and that we can supply more reference materials about it for building up a well-off society.
