| 摘 要： | 针对地方院校汽车应用型人才培养的目标定位,从改革人才培养模式着手,构建汽车应用型人才培养模式新的专业知识、能力与素质结构,优化专业课程体系教学内容,探索新的课堂讲授与实践课相结合的汽车应用型专业特色的实践教学模式,并对强化"双师型"师资队伍的建设等问题进行了分析和探讨.

| Abstract: | In accordance with the target location of automobile applied talents cultivation, starting with reforming talents cultivation model, the paper discusses how to construct new professional knowledge, ability and quality structure of automobile applied talents cultivation, optimize professional curriculum system and teaching content, explore practical teaching models of combination between classroom instruction and practical course for automobile applied professional characteristics, and strengthen teaching staff construction of ＂double-teacher type＂. |
