无机膜分离除尘器自动控制系统设计

摘    要:本文描述了新研制的无机膜除尘器的工作原理和控制要求,针对该除尘器的特点,为了克服以前采用接触器、继电器控制的缺点,采用可编程控制器重新设计了控制系统,经过实践证明,该系统克服了以前的控制系统的控制不准确,电磁阀误动作、易损坏流量计,控制工艺参数设定不方便等缺点,取得了较好的控制效果。

Abstract:In this paper,the work principle of Abio-membrane Filtration Dust-cleaner developed lately and its control demands were described,and considering the characteristics of this dust-cleaner,the PLC control system was designed to overcome the disadvantages of former contactor and relay control system,such as electromagnetic valve mal-operation,being easy to damage flowmeter,being inconvenient to set or modify technical parameters,etc.It is proved that the PLC control system obtains preferable control effects than the former.
