基于模糊理论的平面连杆机构稳健设计方法

摘    要:根据评价平面连杆机构运动精度的模糊特性,用模糊概率方法评价其设计精度,进而引入了其稳健设计方法。该方法在求解机构杆长等参数的同时,还可确定各杆长的制造公差,确保机械构运动精度的稳健性,以再现连杆角位移的平面连杆机械为例,建立了基于模糊理论的稳健优化设计数学模型,并进行了设计计算。

Abstract:The fuzzy probability was used to estimate the movement precision based upon the fuzzy speciality of estimating the designed precision of plane bar-linkage.The fuzzy robust design method was introduced. When the design parameters including the rod-lengths of plane bar-linkage were solved, the manufacture tolerance of each bar of mechanism could be determined.The robustness of motion precision can be insured by the new method put forward.As an example,the influence factors of was discussed in the design of plane bar-linkage generating angle-displacement of connecting-bar,and the fuzzy robustness design model was established ,then an calculating example was accomplished.
