分光光度法测定酸性粘多糖

摘    要:建立一种快速准确的动物粘多糖测定方法。利用含有苯三酚的酸性溶液与样品中的粘多糖反应生成有色产物进行分光光度分析。558nm波长处测定粘多糖质量浓度在0.10-1.0g/L范围内符合比耳定律,并具有较高的准确度和精密度。

Abstract:To establish a rapid and precise method for the determination of mucopolysaccharide,the samples of mucopolysaccharide were determined with spectrophotometry, based on the reaction of mucopolysaccharide with a mineral acid containing phlorglucinol solution. Absorbance value at 558 nm obey Beer's Law within the concentration range from 0.10 to 1.0 g/L, and the results were precise and accurate. The method is operationally simple and has a good precision and an adequate selectivity.
