| 摘 要： | 肥胖人群的不断扩大及肥胖引发的慢性疾病患病率上升,使减肥受到了全球性重视.综述肥胖发生的原因、药物治疗肥胖的研究与应用现状,目的是避免减肥的盲目性、盲从性,最大程度地降低风险性,对因治疗,以期更好地解决肥胖问题.

| Abstract: | Losing weight is paid worldwide attention with the unceasing increase of corpulent population and chronic illness induced by it.The aims of the author were to avoid reducing weight blindly,to reduce risk to the greatest extent,to treat obesity etiologically,and to look forward to better solve the obesity problem. |
