| 摘 要： | 科学发展观关系着大学生的全面发展，对当代大学生有着重要的意义，本文通过阐述科学发展观的理论体系及科学发展观和大学生全面发展的辩证关系，并阐述了新形势下高校的人才教育应该以发展的目光，踏踏实实地帮助青年大学生树立科学的发展观。从而在以人为本、以人的全面发展为目标的实践中努力成长成材，做科学发展观的坚定实践者。

| Abstract: | SDV is important to the development of college students.This paper analyses the theoretical system of SDV and the di-aletical relationship between SDV and the overall development of college students.It then proposes that colleges should help college students form SDV in the perspective of development so that they can become useful persons in the people-oriented practice of aim-ing to help students develop in all aspects. |
