| 摘 要： | 复兴中华民族的创新精神是时代的迫切需要。西方创新理论主要从社会文化机制和个体心理机制两个层次来研究培养创新精神的问题，我们可以借鉴西方的理论，通过家庭，学校教育观念的更新，组织管理的创新和具体有创造基因的社会文化的培育来为民族创新精神的复兴准备条件。

| Abstract: | The revival of Chinese innovation spirit bases on drawing lessons from the west innovation theories which suggest that innovation spirit involve individual mind and social culture.In order to make corresponding conditions in individuals and society,the traditional education idea of families and schools must be renowed,the management of organizations must be reformed,and a social culture which contains creating genes must be cultivated. |
