两种手性配体试剂的合成及其热力学性质

摘    要:由L-丝氨酸、L-苏氨酸与氯乙醇在碱性条件下反应,分别合成得到具有手性的螯合中心配体L-N,N-双(2-羟乙基)丝氨酸和L-N,N-双(2-羟乙基)苏氨酸。用FT-IR,HNMR,FAB-MS等对它们进行了结构鉴定,并测定了它们的溶解热及质子化热力学函数。

Abstract:Two reagents as chirality ligand, L-N, N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl) serine and L-N, N-bis ( 2-hydroxyethyl) threonine, were synthesed by reactions of L-serine and L-threonine respectively with 2-chloroethanol in the presence of base. Molecular structres were characterized by FT-IR,HNMR and FAB-MS. The enthalpies of solution and protonation-thermodynamic functions were determined.
