| 摘 要： | 加利福尼亚州是美国面积较大、人口最多、经济繁荣的一州。近几十年来,随着经济、人口的迅速发展,供水问题日益突出,而地下水超采严重,地面水资源的分布又很是不均一北丰南歉。故在同期进行了一些大规模的调水工程.主要是北水南调,其中最重要的是中央河谷工程和加州水利工程.这些工程在规模上和效益上多居世界前列.本文就加州调水工程的背景、效益和问题,分别进行了扼要的叙述,并就今后的前景提出了一些推论。

| Abstract: | California is an important state of U.S.A. Alongside the rapid growth of economy and population, her water problem has become severe year after year.During the last several decades some great water projects (esp.CVPandCSWP)have been bulfiled. The projects, mainly conveying water from the humid north to the arid south, rank as the world's largest undertakings of this nature. In this paper, the backgrounds , benefits and problems of the water projects are summarized and the prospects of the water problem of California are discussed tentatively . |
