双H型石英陀螺耦合信号的分析模型

摘    要:针对现有模型不能完全解释双H型石英音叉耦合信号某些特点的问题,提出一种分析双H型石英陀螺耦合信号的分析模型. 通过对耦合信号的机理分析,将耦合信号分为静态耦合信号和动态耦合信号,分析了各种耦合信号产生原因及与驱动信号的相位关系. 对静态耦合信号和动态耦合信号分别进行了实验验证,实验结果表明:静态耦合信号与驱动信号同频、同相、同波形,在检测正负两极呈共模状态,动态耦合信号与驱动信号同频,相位不正交,检测正负两极信号幅度不对称,驱动信号频率对动态耦合信号与驱动信号的相位差影响很大.

Abstract:A model composed of static couple signal and dynamic couple signal was proposed to analyze the attribution of couple signals in double H type quartz gyroscope. The course of generating couple signals was analyzed in theory and the relationship between couple signal and the phase of driving signal was explored experimentally. It is funded that the frequency, the phase and the waveform of the static couple signals are the same as that of the driving signal and the signals are shown as common mode at the positive and negative picking up electrodes. It is also demonstrated that the frequency of the dynamic couple signal is the same as that of the driving signal, while the phase is not orthogonal to that of the driving signal. Two dynamic couple signals are usually unequal in amplitude at the positive and the negative picking up electrodes. In addition, the phase difference between the dynamic couple signal and the driving signal is obviously affected by the operating frequency.
