Talking about the Research on the Librarian Training in Foreign Countries

This paper introduces the research on librarian training programs and procedures, the research on the training of business enquiry and communication ability, and the research on the training model and the training of the utilization of information technology made by foreign countries at the early stage, and summarizes that the research on library’s training shows continuous development and enrichment and also clearly shows that library’s training is in line with library itself’s work mode and training technology.
