中长时段视野下的边疆史研究

法国年鉴学派的代表人物布罗代尔提出长时段理论,突出不同时段研究的内容,在时间和空间方面扩展了研究者的视野。本文以边疆观念史与边疆治理史、边疆经营史与边疆开发史方面的问题为例,应用中长时段方法做新的审视,认为古代的治边观与边疆治策经历了动态发展的过程,元代的土官制度是前代羁縻之制的重大发展,并开创了统治边疆少数民族南北有别的时期;历代对西南边疆的经营,可分为秦汉至宋以及元至清两个差异较大的时期,不同时期经营边疆经济门类的重点亦相应改变。

Study on Frontier History from the Perspective of Medium and Long Periods

The representative of France Almanac School advances long-period theory which profiles the study content in different periods and expands the researcher＇s view in time and space. The paper deems that ancient frontier governing views and policies undergo dynamic development taking frontier concepts history, governing history, administration history and development history as cases from the perspective of long-period view. The chieftain and native official systems in Yuan Dynasty is an important development of the Jimi official system in the past dynasties which creates different governing systems between the south and north. The administration of southwestern China frontier falls into two differential times, Qin and Han Dynasties to Yuan and Qing Dynasties, and different times show different frontier economic focus.
