文山校园土壤甲螨多样性的初步研究

摘    要:为充分了解文山土壤甲螨资源,于2011年5-6月,在文山校园采集不同生境下的土壤样品,并用Tullgre分离器分离采集甲螨.经鉴定,共分离获得甲螨1167头,隶属于15科,15属.物种多样性一般,均匀度较高;在各样地的优势种为Epilohmannia ovata,Eremulus avenifer,Arcoppia sinensis,Scheloribates orgzae.

Abstract:In order to sufficiently understand the species diversity condition of soil oribatid mites in Wenshan, oribatid mites in the various spots of Wenshan College are collected. The oribatid mites are isolated by Tullgren, identified and counted under microscope. 19 species of Oribatid mites are found, belonging to 15 families and 15 genera. The soil oribatid community in survey area shows a relatively normal diversity index and high evenness index. Epilohmannia ovata, Eremulus avenifer, Arcoppia sinensis, Scheloribates orgzae are special dominant species in every sample which have stronger adaptability to environment and most widely distributed.
