| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the present situation of the real estate appraisal industry,this paper makes deep analysis on the problems of China＇s real estate appraisal industry existing in three aspects of the property right of appraisal organs,the construction of legal system and the quality of personnel,and using the foreign advanced experience for reference,puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
