| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业指导工作是毕业生顺利就业的重要因素,是一个长期而系统的工程。因此就业指导工作要以学生为本;从引导学生设计职业生涯入手。本文就如何做好高校毕业生就业指导工作提出了一些建议和措施,并对此工作进行了一些探讨。

| Abstract: | So far the employment of college graduates hits entered a new age. Employment guidance, as a key factor helping graduates'smooth employment, is a long - term systematic project which shall fill in every stage of the students'education. This article from the students'perspective discusses how to guide the students to design their own career plan. It then puts forward some practical suggestions and measures on how to improve the employment work of college graduates. |
