| 摘 要： | 红松是东北珍贵的多功能树种,其花粉是营养全面的药食两用佳品.吉林省现有近11万hm2红松林,花粉资源尚未得到开发利用.介绍了红松花粉的营养成分和抗疲劳、强体力、抗衰老、增强免疫、美容养颜等多种保健功能.建议搞好红松花粉产量调查,将红松花粉研究、开发纳入长白山生态食品计划,着眼于生产红松花粉第三代系列保健产品,尽早建成长白山红松花粉规模产业.

| Abstract: | Pinus koraiensis is one of the most valuable forestry resources in the northeast of China.The Pinus koraiensis resource in Jilin province is aroud 110 thousand hm~2 and is still undeveloped.This article will give an introduction about nutrition constituent and function such as fatigue-preventing,age-defending,immune-building up.We strongly recommend to carry out detail research about the yield of pollen and it is important to make the industrialization of the ecological food in Changbai Mountain so that the development of Pinus koraiensis pollen resource can be put into action. |
