| 摘 要： | 以粘胶基活性炭纤维(ACF)反应器为研究对象,探讨ACF用量、放置方式和气体流速对反应器内阻力的影响.结果表明,阻力随着气体流速和ACF堆积密度的增加而增大,其增加量随着流速的增加而减小.同样的床层高度,ACF水平顺气流放置比垂直分层放置的阻力小;而要达到同样的脱除效果,颗粒状活性炭反应器的阻力要大于ACF反应器3～4倍.建立反应器阻力数学模型,确定各种不同布置方式的阻力系数.通过模型的计算值与实测值比较可以发现,床层高度不宜超过1.5 m,且ACF不宜塞紧,每片ACF毡间应留一定的间隙.

| Abstract: | The article took the viscose rayon activated carbon fiber(ACF) reactor used in air pollution control as the research object.The reactor resistance affected by the amount and the laid way of ACF,and the flow speed was studied.The results indicated that the resistance added up with the increase of the flow speed and the bulk density.The increase rate of the reactor resistance decreased with the increase of flow speed.As the same height of the reactor,the resistance of reactor with ACF laid parallelly to flow ... |
