Implementing the Main Body Responsibility of Production Safety to Ensure the Safety in Production of Coal Mine

This paper expounds the potential safety hazards existing and some problems that need to be resolved currently in coal mine, and points out that the coal mine enterprise must establish the management system with the core of dangerous source pre-control, enhance the management of major dangerous places and implement comprehensively the total requirement of national safety production and assure the implementation of the safety in production of coal mine.
