| Abstract: | It was reported that the kinetic process concerning polysaccharide produced by Ganoderma lucidum was studied in the theic.Through studing on the change of pH,total sugar,residual sugar and Amino N in the process of liquid fermentation,the superior conditions of liquid fermentation culture of the polysaccharide produced by Ganoderma lucidum was defined initially. |
