皱皮木瓜中有机酸的研究

摘    要:报道了皱皮木瓜鲜果中有机酸成分的提取、甲酯化以及气相色谱-质谱分析的结果.其中除含有常见的C9~C18的脂肪酸外,还含有较高的低碳二元酸,如苹果酸、柠苹酸,以及较多的芳香酸,如苯甲酸、对甲氧基苯甲酸、苯基丙烯酸等.结果表明果肉中的有机酸种类及百分含量与种仁中的相比,有着明显的差异

Abstract:The results of the extracting,esterfying and GC MS analyzing of the organic acids from the fresh fruit of Chaenomeles spciosa have been reported.Besides there are common fatty acids,even there are much more carbon lowing binary acids,such as hydroxyl butanedioic acid and citramalic acid,and more aromatic acids,such as benenzoic acid 4 methoxylbenezoic acid and 3 phenylpropenioc acid,etc.It shows there are obvious differences in the organic acids and their percentage contents of the fruit of Chaenomeles spciosa from those of the kernel.
