D-核糖产生菌的选育及发酵

摘    要:以枯草芽孢杆菌D-2为出发菌株,经紫外诱变,得到一株莽草酸缺陷型突变株D-202,摇瓶发酵D-核糖产量可达到52.6g/L。该菌遗传稳定性良好。通过发酵条件的优化,最高产量可达65g/L。经2t发酵罐中试,发酵单位达到50g/L。

Abstract:A transketolase deficient Bacillus subtilis D 202 which could produce 52.6 g/L D ribose in the shaking flask was obtained from Bacillus subtilis D 2 through ultraviolet irradiation. The strain's heredity was stable. 65g/L D ribose was excreted under optimization conditions. The output of D ribose was achieved 50g/L in a 2 ton fermenter.
