摘    要:采用滤纸片法制样,X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定钛铁尾矿冶炼过程中的微量钪,并以元素Cr作为内标元素校正基体元素和试样表面的影响,本方法制样简单,分析速度快,分析范围为0.5~30g/t,当浓度为5.1g/t时,方法的相对标准偏差为4.0%。

Abstract:A method for determination of scandium in the process of smelt of titaniumiron tailingsby filter paper technique was described in this paper. Chromium as the interelement was usedto correct the effect of matrix and the sample surface. The method proved to be accuracte,fast, simple and convenient. The range of concentration for analysis is from 0. 5 to 30 g/t,when the concentration is 5.1g/t; the relative standard deviation is 4.0%.
