Photoshop CS软件在骨与软组织病变影像诊断中的应用

目的:评价平面制图软件Photoshop CS在影像诊断中的作用.方法:自2002年6月至2008年8月,我们收集了114份骨与软组织病变影像资料,应用Photoshop CS绘图软件对资料分别进行色阶调整,并比较调整前后图像的标准偏差值,总结调整方法.结果:应用Photoshop CS绘图将原件进行色阶调整后,其标准偏差明显增高.结论:本方法较传统亮度/对比度的调整更方便、精确,可为临床诊断提供可靠的、高质量的影像资料,因此,本方法可在临床诊断中推广使用.

Application of Photoshop CS software in imaging diagnosis for bone and soft tissue lesion

Objective To evaluate the function of Photoshop CS software in imaging diagnosis.Methods 114 images of the bone and soft tissue lesion were collected from June 2002 to October 2008.the culour levels of the images were adjusted separately by applying Photoshop CS software.The standard deviations of the adjusted images were compared with that of the original ones.The optimum method to adjust the images in the clearest observation were summarized.Results The adjustment method may significantly increase the standard deviation of the original images.Conclusion By applying Photoshop CS software,the level adjustment was more convenient and accurate,compared with the traditional method such as brightness or contrast adjustment.This method can provide reliable and high quality images for clinical diagnosis.It may be widely applied in the clinical diagnosis.
