老年糖尿病患者神经病变的临床分析

对 12 2例老年糖尿病患者的临床表现、实验室检查、诊断、治疗和预后进行了临床分析 ,结果表明老年糖尿病性神经病变的发生率较其他各年龄组为高 ;该病变可先于糖尿病的症状出现 ,亦可发生在初发的糖尿病患者 .糖尿病病程越长 ,该病变的发生率亦越高 ;糖尿病血糖控制越差 ,该病变的发生亦越早 该病变发生前 ,多数患者有疏忽治疗或不正规治疗糖尿病病史

The Clinical Analysis of Nervous Lesion on Diabetes in Elderly

The data of the clinical manifestation,laboratoryexamination, treatment and prognosis on 122 diabetes in elderly had been analyzed.The results had indicated that incidence rate of nervous lesion were higher on diabetes in elderly than otherage groups. The symptom of nervous lesion was maybe earlier on diabetes in elderly than symptom of diabetes,diabetes in elderly of new diagnosis might happen nervous lesion of diabetes. The longer course of diabetes, the higher incidence rate of nervous lesion. The worse blood sugar of diabetes was controlled, the earlier symptom of nervous lesion on diabetes happened.Before nervous lesion on diabetes happened , the sufferers of majority had a condition on treatment of neglect or no regularity.
