摘    要:探讨了螺旋CT三维 (3 D)表面遮盖法 (SSD)和多平面重组 (MPR)立体和多方位显示骨肿瘤的情况 ,并与常规CT做一比较 选择 2 5例典型恶性骨肿瘤病例 ,均经临床或手术病理证实 ,对其先行螺旋CT平描后全部数据再进行图像处理 结果表明SSD可以很好地立体展现骨肿瘤 ,MPR可从任意平面观察并能进行位置调整 ,清楚地显示肿瘤本身及其骨膜反应、软组织肿块等一系列改变 由此可见 ,SSD和MPR在恶性骨肿瘤显示上有明显的优势 ,可立体或任意平面观察病变 ,丰富了影像信息 ,改变了传统影像思维方式 ,对肿瘤的诊断更加准确 ,同时有助于对局部解剖的全面展示

Abstract:To demonstrate bone tumor stereoscoplcally and in multiplane by using 3 D SSD and MPR technique with spiral CT,and to compare the technigue with conventional CT study.Twenty five typical cases were selected,proved clinically or pathologically.All data were used to image processing.Bone tumor was well demonstrated sterescopically by SSD, and could be viewed from any desired plane for a series of variation of bone tumor itself and bone regrowing and soft tissue swelling and so on by MPR.SSD and MPR have special advantages in image displaying and can demonstrate tumor stcreoscopically in any plane,which is helpful to the understanding of the morphosis of the tumor and make the diagnosing of bone tumor more accurately.It is helpful to whole displaying of anatomy too.
