| 摘 要： | 牧区群众因环境条件、医疗条件、经济条件等因素的制约 ,使得牧区眼外伤的发生率和致盲率很高 ,严重影响了群众的生活 经过对海南州人民医院 1992年 10月至 1996年 10月间收治的 2 2 1例眼外伤患者的病例分析 ,数据论证病例及疗法 ,提出了对加强群众医疗知识的宣传、加强对少年儿童的教育、加强乡村医生的培训工作等措施 ,并探讨了其紧迫性和必要性

| Abstract: | Limited environmental,medical and economic conditions result in higher eye trauma morbidity and going blind rate in pastoral areas and put bad influence on herdsmen`s life.By analyzing 221 eye trtauma cases(form 1992 to Oct 1996) cured by Hainan prefectural people's hospital this paper raises some measuresto strengthen giving publicity of medical knowledge to herdsmen,to strengthen medical knowledge education to herdsmen`s children and to strengthen training village physicians and discusses the urgency and necessity of these measures. |
