红花黄素提制工艺的改进研究

摘    要:采用甘肃河西红花为原料 ,从红花中提取食用黄色素 传统的方法是水溶液萃取蒸发浓缩直接干燥 ,成品颜色加深 ,其水溶液色泽发暗 ,质量较差 采用水提醇沉 ,减压浓缩干燥法 ,制得的色素水溶性好 ,色泽鲜艳 ,质量较优 经反复研究试验 ,可较有把握地将该研究应用于工业化大生产 ,从而对我省红花的种植发展起一定的促进作用

Abstract:The xanthic pigment(carthamidine)for foods was extracted from the flos carthami grown in the Hexi areas of Gansu province.The basic method and technology were to extract carthamidin with water,precipitate it with alcohol and dry it with decompress and contentration.The cartharmidine which was produced in this method was characterized with good water soluble,bright colour,stable quality.Many experiments has shown that the technology may be applied in industrial production,which will be helpful for developing flos carthami plant in Gansu province and raising the ecomomic benefit.
