摘    要:采用当今流行的交流变频调速技术和PLC可编程序控制器对组合式拉丝机控制系统进行技术改造 ,并替代了该设备的控制系统转子串电阻调节电机速度的控制方式 这项技术的应用使得原来趋于淘汰的设备的功能和精度均达到了国内先进水平 ,具有显著的经济效益和推广应用价值

Abstract:the control system of the coupled wire drawing machine was remaked by using the AC frequency conversion speed regulated technology and PLC(programmable logical controller). And the control system of this device series resistance on it's rotator insteaded to adjust the speed of motor.With the application of this technology, the function and precision of the device have alreadybeen approved the advanced level in our country .The remarkable economic benefit and extended applicated value will be produced.
