| 摘 要： | 分析了住宅楼供暖设计在使用中存在的几个问题。针对供回水干管的敷设问题，提出了利用住宅楼的屋面敷设供水干管及在室外地沟敷设回水干管的设计方法，并对室温调节问题进行论述，介绍了室温调节的两种方法。
