西归多糖含量测定方法的比较

摘    要:目的:测定西归中多糖的含量。方法:用蒽酮-硫酸法及苯酚-硫酸法对西归中的多糖含量进行测定,并对两种方法的结果进行比较。结果:蒽酮-硫酸法平均加样回收率为86.6%,RSD=2.50%(n=6)。苯酚-硫酸法平均加样回收率为101.0%,RSD=2.63%(n=6)。结论:苯酚-硫酸法优于蒽酮硫酸法。

Abstract:Objective: To detect polysaccharides from Seselopsis.Methods: Phenol-sulfuric acid method and Anthrone-sulphuric acid method were adopted to survey the content of polysaccharide in Seselopsis,and the results of two methods were compared.Results:The average recovery rate of anthrone-sulphuric acid method was 88.6%,RSD=2.50%(n=6);phenol-sulfuric acid method was 101.0%,RSD =2.63%(n=6).Conclusion:Phenol-sulfuric acid method is superior to anthrone-sulphuric acid method.
