摘    要:提出了一种新的多导体传输线的通用T型单元模型,并在此模型的基础上提出了一种新方法来研究MCM互连线的瞬态响应。将非均匀,耦合,有耗多导体传输线分段,每段由一频域的GTC模拟,根据GTC的ABCD矩阵得出多导体的ABCD矩阵,接着将其麦克劳林展开式嵌入网络的修改节点方程并求得电路的频域冲击响应,利用指数衰减多项式(EDPF)求得时域冲击响应,最后利用递归卷积法求得任意激励下的电路响应。本算法的效率与

Abstract:This article presented a new general T cell (GTC) model of multi conductor transmission lines. Based on this model, a new method was put forward to study transient response of Multi chip Modules (MCM). First, multi conductor transmission lines are cut into pieces, every piece is modeled by a GTC cell. ABCD matrix of transmission lines is obtained via ABCD matrix of GTC cell. Maclaurin series of the matrix are obtained with great ease. The series are entered into the overall circuit MNA equations as a stamp. Then impulse response in S domain is gained. Using Exponentially Decayed Polynomial Function (EDPF), impulse response in time domain is gained. Finally, arbitrary input's response is gained by method of Recursive Convolution (RC). This method is as effective as Asymptotic Waveform Evaluation (AWE), but it remains stable. Numerical experiment was presented.
