关于"领导与决策”的几点思考

学校领导在基础教育的办学治学中,通过良好的自身素质、较高的决策能力,发挥领导和决策作用,是关系到求实创新、优化管理、全面育人、办好学校的重要课题以理性和科学的思考,提出领导决策的战略性、科学性、效益性的观点,并将三者作为紧密联系、互相渗透、不可分割的整体加以论述,为领导与决策开拓了思路.

On Leaders and Decision- making

The key to practical innovation,the optimization of management,the overall education,the good running of schools is that school leaders should bring their leadership and decision-making ability into play by their own good quality and great decision-making ability in the process of running schools.This paper,rationally and scientifically,presents the view that leaders should make strategic,scientific and effective decisions.It also discusses the interpenetration and inseparability of the three aspects in decision-making.
