| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the wrong understanding of the concepts and the actual deviations existing in the process of implementing the credit system in the higher institutions in China, then defines the necessary conditions to meet the needs of the credit system, and finally presents some thoughts and methods of implementing the credit system actively and reliably. |
