北京住户满意度调查

采用顾客满意度理论及其软件分析了北京居民的住宅需求和商品房的质量状况.针对住宅的特有性质,对一般的顾客满意度模型进行了改造,引入住房金融及政府住宅政策因素作为满意度指数的可测变量.2002～2003年进行了两次住户满意度调查,抽样调查结果指出了住宅品质的改进方向,并且阐明了北京住宅市场的现实和潜在需求.

A Survey of Beijing Residents About Their Housing Satisfaction

Base on the theory and software concerning customer satisfaction, it analyzes the needs of residents living in Beijing for housing as well as qualities of commodity houses. Considering the unique features of housing, the model of customer satisfaction is modified with housing financial factors and government housing policy as variants. Results from two sample investigations, which were made in the years 2002 and 2003, point to the way to improve housing quality and potential and realistic requirement of Beijing Housing market.
